Holiday Vendor Application
Boutique & Pop-up Events 

Please fill out an application to be a vendor at our Open Houses, to be a boutique vendor and/or to be pop-up vendor. Once submitted you will receive an email regarding show, filling out the form does not guarantee a spot (this is a juried event). We will only be accepting 3 of each vendor at Open Houses. Information Below! We are looking forward to an amazing season!

Vendor Options for 2021 Holiday Season

Boutique Vendor

  • consigner for all or part of the holiday season

  • 60/40 (60% to you)

  • Items are staged by the store 

  • All items are juried

  • Checks are written every 2 weeks 

  • front counter handles all purchases

Open House Vendors

  • 1, 2, or 3 days at open houses

  • $200 for the weekend, or $75 per day

  • 10x10 space

  • vendor provides own table, line, setup etc

  • venue provides wifi, electric, etc.

  • set up 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors and outdoor

  • vendor receives all money 

Popup Vendor

  • Setup any Friday, Saturday or Sunday we are open   (excluding open houses)

  • 10x10 space

  • vendor provides own table, line setup, etc

  • vendor collects own money

  • 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor and outdoor spaces

  • $50 per day
