What is the capacity of The Stone Mill 1792?

  • We can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests for outdoor events, and up to 60 guests for indoor events.

What kind of events do you host?

  • We specialize in weddings, receptions, showers, birthday parties, reunions and corporate events, and can easily customize a package that includes just what you’re looking for.

What’s included in your wedding packages?

  • Chairs (folding wood mahogany), Tables and Bars, all set up by our team

  • Permanent 40x80 structural event tent with clear sidewalls, permanent wood deck flooring and cafe lighting

  • 3-stall premium restroom trailer

  • Day of event-coordinator, and event staff to assist with parking

  • Complimentary use of the grounds for wedding and engagement photo shoots

  • Preferred vendors list of our favorite vendors (consider us your vendor concierge!)

How do I reserve a wedding date?

  • It’s easy! When you are ready to book, a 1/3 deposit + signed contract are all we need to lock in your date. ​

Do you provide tables/chairs for ceremony, cocktail hour or reception?

  • Yes! We provide all of the tables/chairs for your entire day as well as the staff to set everything up.

Do you provide linens and decorations?

  • We don’t include linens or decorations as part of our packages, however we are more than happy to connect you our preferred vendors

Do you provide a day-of wedding coordinator?  Do I need a coordinator or planner?

  • Great questions! We provide a day-of coordinator standard with all full-day and half-day wedding packages. These services include (but are not limited to!):

    • Connecting with all of your vendors 30 days before the wedding

    • Building a basic wedding day timeline

    • Conducting a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal

    • Serving as a contact point for all vendors on the day of

    • ***Please note that we do not include decoration setup or design, vendor contract review, or details planning, but would be happy to refer you to full-service planning teams.

Are we allowed to bring our own alcohol?

  • Yes! However, per local ordinances, all alcohol must be served by an licensed bartender.

Do you have parking available on site?

  • The answer is yes! We have ample parking on site for most events we host (about 70 cars) and satellite parking is available. We are happy to assist with setting up a shuttle or bus service for your guests!
